The VA Network Small Business Liaisons (SBL) are small business advisors located at the specific organizations they support to assist small businesses in marketing their products and services to those organizations. SBLs work closely with OSDBU to provide maximum practicable opportunities to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and other small businesses in VA contracting.
